Up for consideration is Celtic Charm for 16.5" RTB101 dolls. The pattern features an off-the-shoulder floor-length dress with billowy sleeves and a fully lined overdress with a lace-up eyelet front. The pattern was created in sponsorship of the Club Grace subscription through the Virtual Doll Convention.
