1. How do I retrieve my PDF pattern?

Upon payment, you will receive a Purchased Downloads email containing the link to your file. Highlight the link and paste it into a new tab to open the file. Sometimes the link will end up in a spam folder based on your computer settings. PDF patterns can also be retrieved immediately upon payment by following theses steps: Log into the website, then into your account. Select "your digital downloads" from the list. Your PDF files will be there to print.

2. What size paper do I need to print a PDF?

All our PDF patterns are formatted to print on A4 (8.3" x 11.7") and legal paper (8 1/2" x 14").

3 How soon will my order be sent?
Orders are processes as they are received. Most items will ship the next business day.

4. Can I sew garments from the patterns and sell them on eBay?
Yes, items made from the patterns can be sold.

5. Do you take payment directly with a credit card?
Payments are accepted through PayPal, Credit Card or by check or money order through the mail.

6. Is there a minimun order for the website?

There is no minimum order required on the website.
