Just for Rufus this Halloween, designed by Gary Fletcher.  Rufus hasn't decided if he's a pirate or a common lad, but he's hoping to catch Ellowyne's eye all the same. 

This pattern features a dressed up peasant top, sash, cap and straight pants.  The top features gathered sleeves and wrist, front lacing closure and ruffle accents.  The pants are straight cut and have a front mock fly and snap closure.  The felt cap is shaped using a series of curved darts and trimmed out with a feather.

2ct. snap sets
8ct. 1/8" eyelets and washers
1/8" ribbon
1/8" elastic
