Up for consideration is Holiday Spark for Barbie Made-To-Move dolls. The pattern features a fully lined floor-length gown with six organza ruffle layers and a detachable ruffled collar. The pattern was created in sponsorship of the 2023 SPARK campaign to support the North Carolina Museum of Dolls, Toys & Miniatures.
