Up for consideration is Friends for 14" Patience dolls. The pattern features a princess seam dress with balloon sleeves and an attached skirt with four inverted box pleats.  The dress can be made sleeveless as an option. This pattern is suitable for 12" articulated Tonner dolls that share the same body.
