"Reigning Belle" designed by Gary Fletcher for Tonner American Models.  This stunning full length ball gown makes a dramatic and bold presentation.  Inspired by the Elizabethan Period with modern influences such as the solid colored dupioni fabric. 

The dress features a tightly fitted princess seam bodice with 5 tiers of pressed gathers and a final tier of bridal netting or tulle, a large ruffled collar and back zipper closure.  The dress is fully lined.   A crinoline was used to keep the lavish full shape of the gown. 

This pattern includes all the pattern pieces you need to create the dress and crinoline. 

For this design you will need the following:

Adobe PDF viewer and A4 or legal (8.5" x 14") paper

1ct. 12" doll zipper cut to size
1ct. embellishment for the bust approx. 3/8" in size. 
approx. two rolls of 6" wide tulle or bridal netting
2ct. 4/0 snap sets
