Wonderful Pattern easy to follow

This is a great pattern if you want to make a simple bell bottom pant and matching top. A bonus item to complete the look is a wonderful hat. Like most of Tamara's newer patterns, there is a video that aids in the creation of the garment step by step. She gives great tips and guidance for completing this pattern.
