Up for consideration is Spanish Kiss for 16" Ellowyne & Neema dolls. The pattern features a form-fitting floor-length gown with a deep square neckline, 3/4 length sleeves with double circle flounce, and a cascading ruffle that attaches to a thigh-high split and billows gently to the ground.
