Welcome to Designs by Jude. I am glad to have the opportunity to provide quality products and service to crafters worldwide with the etsy venue. I have been designing patterns, repainting dolls and sewing for the past seven years. Several off shoots of these activities have led me here. Thank you for the opportunity to share and sell with you.

Payment

Payment via PayPal is expected to be received within 3 days of sale. Personal checks and money orders are also welcome.

Sales Tax is applied to North Carolina customers.

Shipping

Your purchases are carefully packed and shipped using USPS. Delivery Confirmation is used on each package. International customers are welcome. Please note: there is no way to track Frist Class International mail. This method is at the buyers risk.

We ship the next business day.

Customs forms are prepared with actual package content listed. They are marked as "merchandise/other" and reflect purchase amount. Some countries charge additional taxes, fees and tariffs, which our shipping and handeling charges do not reflect.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will process refunds for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping.
